    I ordered an IPOD Touch 32g from ECOST and it cost $279.98. When the package was delivered by UPS the package had been opened and there was no merchandise in the box. I filed an immediate claim with UPS. I also have contacted ECOST daily for months. I contacted my credit card company. To date, I have not been refunded the amound for this item.     I bought my son an Xbox 360 for Christmas. I received it in a timely manner and I let my son try it out early and low and behold a red light came on. I called microsoft to find out what the error code was and they said it had to be fixed through Microsoft (which would cost me more money) or I should send it back to the company that I bought it from. I called Ecost and they said no problem wait for a return authorization label which would come within 72 hours and return the Xbox for a full refund.     I have placed several orders with eCost without incident, however I am very disappointed with a recent customer service issue. On my last order approximately 2-3 weeks ago, I signed up for their Platinum Premium membership. I was sold on this during the checkout process and I have a screenshot if anyone is interested in seeing.     my order # E8349628 case #20165611 I purchased an Akai LCD w/DVD player in Oct.'08. It arrived broken - screen did not work, DVD player insides not there. Called eCost and they said no returns, no refunds - need to call Akai. After multiple calls to Akai and eCost - got authorization to ship the tv to Akai for repair.     I stayed on your site for 1.5 hours today, refreshing constantly to two windows (one with cart, one on bargain page) waiting for the Wii sale.
