Horrible Customer Service - Poor service i.e. shipping problem

I ordered a refurbished HP computer and was told to expect the product in 3-7 business days. Three days after the company acknowlwdged my order, I got an e-mail asking me to call a number because "there is a problem" with my charge card. I NEVER had any problems with my charge card, so I called my card company, which of course confirmed they had authorized payment. In fact they said that the purchase was approved 4 days prior. I then called eCost at the number given. They said that sorry, my card was on some "list", thus couldn't deliver the item to the address given. So, I again called my card company who said that they know of no "list" that my card could have been on, and yes, the purchase IS approved. After two more calls to eCost, they finally agreed to deliver the computer. But, wait! Two days after all this, I get another e-mail informing me that the product is "on back-order" (remember, over a week ago now, it was supposed to have been delivered "in 3-7 days"). Finally two more days later I got another e-mail informing me that the product was "discontinued" (it was supposed to have been a "refurbished" unit!). By the way, talking to the customer service personnel it was obvious that the call center was outside the US.
