Worst company I have ever dealt with. Platinum premium membership is very confusing. I immediately realized I had made amistake and called to cancel since I hadn't made ant purchase and was told no refund. Called baked and denied again but the agent said she would put in a request and I would be notified by email within 48 hours of their decision. Surprise no email(which if you look on line you will find is common). Telephoned again and was pretty much told too bad for you. I'm left feeling foolish and frustrated.BEWARE.
